Disappointed
They failed to disclose until after purchase that they add vitamin B-12 to their semaglutide shots. I have an MTHFR variant and cannot use synthetic B-12, which I believe all injectables are in this form. When I asked for clarification, the customer service agent didn't answer me directly. I then said that I wanted to cancel my order. They did cancel and gave me a refund but they subtracted $25 for the "doctor fee". I never had a consultation with a doctor, I just got a scripted message that my prescription was approved and some basic instructions. I was not happy about having this fee deducted from my refund, especially since it was their fault they did not disclose the B12 before I ordered. I am looking for another company that doesn't put additives in their semaglutide shots.
