My experience with RO started out poorly but, as time went on and the more I found out about them, it just got worse and worse. RO advertises itself as an easy to use, all in one app. It is all in one, but it is not easy to use. They seem to almost discourage you from sending your providers a message directly as there isn't a good way to do it if your current message has been "closed" (whatever that means). When you do find a way to send message, their communication is abysmal. The automated "due to high message volume we will respond within 3 days" is a bit infuriating to begin with, but the fact that they frequently took a week or more to respond makes it even worse. And don't bother trying to find a way to call them. I've never been able to find a way to get someone on the phone for a true telehealth appointment. They are chronically late with prescription delivery. I used RO for about 4 months and 3 our of 3 prescriptions came so late that I had two weeks or more lapse in my injections. Despite filling out my refill questionnaires the same day they were posted, I never got a refill on time. Between their delays (and another issue I'll talk about next) my injections have been inconsistent and I feel like it's truly delayed my progress. Finally, they prescribed me abnormal doses with no explanation. I have found another provider through GLP Winner and just had my into appointment this morning. When I told them the current dosage I was on, they were very confused. They explained to me that the dose I've be prescribed by RO is typically only prescribed if someone is having a hard time adjusting to the medication and needs to increase slowly. I have had very little side effects and this doesn't apply to me. From the research I've done, others on GLP-1s that I've talked to, and the questions I've asked my new provider, my current dosage should be double what RO has prescribing to me. As far as I'm concerned, RO has intentionally restricted my progress so that they could continue charging me $400 per month with little to no care. I am so grateful for GLP Winner for helping me find a provider that will be a better fit for me. This company is a scam, they are overcharging for poor care and I personally feel like they sabotaged my GLP-1 journey.

I have been with Mochi for 2.5 years and recently switched from Mounjaro to compounded tirzepatide in March. After meeting with my provider on the 18th and having my Rx submitted - all hell has broken loose. My Rx has been rerouted multiple times, and I still have not received my medication with no updates from Mochi. Their attempts at transparency have been reactive rather than proactive, and they are impossible to reach due to the rate of patient concerns. I’ve been without my meds for weeks, and there are so many patients in the same situation.

Switched to Mochi in Nov 2024 because they had a more competitive price at higher doses. Everything was fine at first and I earned some credits by referring friends. In Feb 2025, there was a minor error and I was issued a refund for the month and I immediately re-ordered and received my shipment for that month. Later I realized that they refunded my money but not my referral credit. I was assured multiple times by different agents that "no worries, of course we'll get your credit back." Long story short, they didn't. I lost $120 of referral credits and decided to cancel my subscription. I canceled my card (payment method) because after all the BS from customer service I had no faith that they wouldn't just continue charging me without notification.

The experience of getting started was pretty easy and seamless. It's all online and through chat, and I got my prescription within a week. The reason for the low review and why I won't be purchasing again is that I used my FSA card, and it was flagged for needing additional documentation. When I asked for a letter of medical necessity (a requirement or my FSA card would be placed on hold), I was told that their "doctor group is collaborating with the software team to add this feature." There was no timeline provided, and they basically couldn't help me with this, which doesn't make sense since a doctor reviews all the files. That is very concerning to me. Thank goodness my primary care doctor supported me taking this medicine, and I can get the letter from them, or I wouldn't be able to use my FSA card for any other purchases for the rest of the year and lose out on my money on the card. I am deeply disappointed in this experience and won't be using Trava again.

Everything started great! From October 24 to February 25, everything went as planned. Mochi encountered pharmacy issues with Aquetia, and that is when the wheels fell off. I am seeing posts where people have yet to receive their Rx from March (I was one of the lucky few that eventually received what I have paid for). Until my Health subscription came due. I wanted to downgrade from a 3 month plan to a month to month plan, while I sat back and waited to see if April would be better than March. I was unsuccessful in changing my plan (app error...called, messaged, long hold times, no responses, etc.) so I waited until the day before it was set to renew and removed my credit card info. I did not want to be charged 3 months when I gave at least 3 weeks notice of there being an issue of not being able to change my plan. Customer Service advised they would get IT to look into it and correct, and if it wasn't changed by my renewal date, I could "simply" call back in to get the refunded difference. Unfortunately, there is no SIMPLE with Mochi. Needless to say, my account has been closed now (due to no payment information), provider visits canceled and I am waiting for my April Rx to show (all the time no updates are being provided to me!). I am on day 6 of 14 business days of "anticipated wait time" so we will see if I ever get what I have paid for. Mochi was good, but they have encountered so many issues and paying customers have been left in the dark. Buyer beware!

After being with Mochi since March 2024, I got hit with the latest pharmacy scandal with this company. I had even referred friends here :( I now have 4 months of unsafe medication that I have to throw out, I only saved the vials not the actual RX information and have to restart with another company at the starter dose. I have spent DAYS trying to get my medical records to no avail - I cancelled and removed all my card information and am praying I can at the very least get the money for the medication back through my bank. Stay away from Mochi they are not holding up their commitment to their members and the medication being distributed is not safe per the Washington Department of Health (Aequita Pharmacy) So unfortunate for those of us who were loyal, long time members / customers that they can not honor our losses, or at the very least provide us with our medical records.

I do not know where to begin. I ordered MIC&B12 shots from this company and just got trouble and disaster in return. I ordered subcutaneous injections—very clearly, and I immediately sent a message to their doctor to double check it—and they sent me intramuscular shots instead. This isn't a mix-up over a T-shirt size; this is a serious health concern. IM and subQ injections are NOT the same, and they’re formulated differently. The risk of complications from using them incorrectly is real. When I contacted customer service (after waiting forever), I got a response so laughably unprofessional I thought it was a prank. They blamed the pharmacy, refused to correct the issue, and then had the nerve to suggest that I just use the IM shots subcutaneously. That is beyond irresponsible. Even my doctor didn’t respond—so much for medical oversight. I did research about IM and SubQ injections and also talked to my primary healthcare provider about this issue. My PCP was in shock when I said I was advised to use just different needles for the same vial. (IM and SubQ injection vials are prepared at different concentrations.) Besides, I got a call from their pharmacy (after waiting for days) and of course, they refused to send new needles and new vial. This company is not only shockingly slow, but also greedy, unethical, and completely careless with people’s health. If you're thinking about ordering from them, RUN the other way. There is nothing "Good Life" about this—unless you're talking about their profits at the expense of your well-being. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I like Fridays! Its on the medium pricey side. However, I do enjoy that its an all-in-one pricing with no membership fee or fees when you move up in medication. I was even able to get a $100 off coupon for my first month. They get you the medicine SUPER quick (i live in AZ). And they provide a lot of support and coaching, if that's something you're into. However, once i feel like I have my foot in the door with a good understanding of GLP-1s, I may chose to change providers because of Fridays expense. Some other websites were hard to understand as a newbie, but Fridays website is super user friendly and easy to understand for beginners.

Okay so I went through Fridays, I live in AZ, and Link is the pharmacy where my semaglutide medication comes from. With Fridays, its on the medium pricey side at about $249/mo for any level of semaglutide (price is fixed and doesn't change when you go up in dose). I see many reviews about it being watered down, however, I thought I would leave my review. Keep in mind, I am on week 2. - Medication came QUICK, like super fast - AZ is extremely hot, and it came with proper refrigeration with a huge ice pack - The injection site I choose for the week has a SIGNIFICANT result on how potent the medicine feels for me. - First week I injected in my stomach and holy cow did i feel the medicine, my cravings went away, my hunger went away, i was able to completely keep my mind off food and just focus on eating healthy nutritional meals at mealtime. This feeling lasted me 4 days. - Dealt with some stomach pains, constipation, and trouble sleeping - Second week, I chose to do my arm instead. This time, I am immediately not feeling the same positive effects as my first week. Definitely feeling hungry almost as if I never took this weeks shot, and it feels like a waste. - With that being said tho, the injection in my stomach gave me more side effects than when I did my arm. Thought this would be useful info. If you get your medication from Link pharmacy and you feel like the medicine isn't working. Try placing the injection site in your stomach and see if this works for you.

I have been a patient with Mochi since Nov, 2024. Everything went fine until March, 2025. I paid for my refill on 3/4/25, it was processed and sent to Aequita Pharmacy on 3/8. Mochi promises you will receive your order within 14 business days from the time it is approved by your provider. When they experienced issues with Aequita Pharmacy, they sent a message on 3/14 stating: "All prescriptions have been rerouted and we do not expect any delays to shipments. On March 11, Aequita informed us that they voluntarily stopped operations to fulfill requests from the Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (PQAC), a division of the Washington Department of Health." While they knew as of 3/11 that Aequita wouldn't be filling orders, Mochi Health waited until 3/17/25 to reprocess my refill with another pharmacy; they didn't send the new pharmacy my provider's information until 3/22/25. Now it is 4/7/25; they have not met the 14 business day medication refill promise, they don't respond to inquiries on this matter. They should refund both my membership ($199) and my medication fees ($99) as they have not provided services/goods I paid for.

Mochi is experiencing some major business issues. Medication refill was paid for on 3/4, approved and processed on 3/8; the pharmacy it was assigned to was shut down on 3/11 due to DOH violations. Mochi reprocessed the refill request on 3/17. It's now 3/31, I've missed 2 injection weeks, and there's no indication my medication will be shipping any time soon. Mochi pharmacies are overwhelmed with patients who paid for their meds 4 weeks ago. No updates are being sent to give me any idea of when I should receive my medication. I have removed my payment information from Mochi (so they can't charge me any more money without my authorization, and placed an order with Trava Health.

The screenshot attached pretty much sums up the Trava experience (I blocked out my personal info). Outstanding doesn’t even begin to cover this provider, all they have done for me, and the care and concern they show to their patients. From the start, everything was smooth and easy. I had my appointment and received my first “starter kit” the following day. I had originally opted for one month, but after reading the Reddit, I saw that the better option was the “starter kit”. Support was very kind and quickly switched my order to the 3-month, as well as applied a promo code to it to bring down the cost even more. When it was delivered, it arrived cold despite me not being at the door to answer it for a few hours. Everything needed is provided in the kit, including a pamphlet that explains everything and provides directions, making it very easy (and a lot less overwhelming) to begin. The price is unbeatable for what you get, and believe me, I have checked pricing nearly everywhere. There are no appointment costs, no membership costs, and no hidden fees. Everything is provided and they are quick to resolve any issues you may have with your order - as you can see in the screenshot, they are not here to trick you into paying anything extra and even offer easy cancellation. Since you have to request to “refill”, which is a fast and easy process, you’re not tricked into subscribing to auto-payments. The meds work exceedingly well and the added B12 has been a game-changer for my energy. I’m on my third week only (at the minimum dose) and I actively want to go out and exercise, my food noise is gone, and I’m dropping weight. I have experienced nearly no symptoms, except for very little nausea on rare occasions and some fatigue. I have severe anxiety and expressed a lot of fear and concern when the FDA’s deadline came into effect. It was embarrassing how panicked I was, but Trava offered incredible support the whole time. They calmed my fears and politely talked me through any concern I raised and offered solutions where available. They were always professional and kind, even at times when I expressed upset at not being able to stockpile (which thankfully I didn’t). They were willing to go above and beyond for me to ship my meds when I requested, but were also clear and transparent with their medicine and the BUD concerns - prioritizing my safety and wellbeing over profit. I’m so beyond blessed to have checked with GLPWinner before starting my journey and choosing my provider, or I would’ve never found Trava and its wonderful support team and fair pricing. I feel fortunate to have them as my first (and hopefully only) provider. I really can’t say enough good things about Trava, how happy I am, or the ways they have changed my life! ♥️

I think it was pretty unclear what i was going to be doing and it felt weird that it asked me a lot of questions about my goals and feelings??? I quit when it asked for me social security number. Very happy with the medication and customer service! Ordered the 3-month starter of tirzepatide in early January for $797. Arrived in 5 days from Novo pharmacy in Texas, packaged well with ice packs and syringes, still cold. Completed 4 weeks of 2.5mg and then went to 5mg. I’ve been on 5mg for one week. Total weight loss in 5 weeks is 15 lbs. No major side effects, some mild nausea and I have to force myself to eat because nothing sounds good, but I try to average 1200 calories a day, 75-100g of protein, 15g of fiber, and under 10g saturated fats. Decided to order my next three months worth two days ago, and was prescribed 10, 12.5, and 15mg for $1047. This order is arriving today, only 1 day after my prescription was approved. Overall my mood is just better, I only eat for nourishment not to satisfy cravings or because I’m bored. It’s really life changing! My goal is to lose another 30 lbs. Height is 5’10, starting weight 194, current weight 179, goal weight 150.

I have issues. I got started on compound from a local clinic but paid WAYYY to much for 4 weeks.. I happend to have an annual about 3 weeks in and mentioned to my doctor that I was using Triz, he asked what I was paying, said "we can do better" and he gave me a script from a local pharmacy,. I saved about $200/mo, but the bottles looked like a child put on the hand typed label. I was kind of sketched out, as they looked unprofessional, and I know that's stupid, but it still worried me. It worked though. However as I went up in dose the price as going to go up as well. Suddenly my Insta-feed was all about places to buy GLP-1, dozens, and I filled out information on every one to find out pricing and check reviews. Sooo many shady operators out there, offering ''low prices' that didnt include the meds, or low to start but rising in price with dosage. I'm glad I used a spam email to research, because my phone and email blow up. Fifty 410 had the best offer for me, both in price and in going up in dose. I'm a bit concerned about the ongoing availability, so I wanted a 90 day supply with a long expiration date. With Fifty 410 I was sure there was a catch. So I asked dozens of questions on the portal, because I naturally mistrust everything on the internet, and because I like uncovering scams. Fifty 410 answered my questions about dosage, BUD's, supplies, and the diiferences in 503's A and B's.. Finally decided on Tuesday to place my order so I'd have it for 2 weeks from now. Yes, I am that 'im gonna way overthink this' guy. Ordered Tuesday. Tracking given to me that night. Not the amazon style tracking where it has a label but hasn't been shipped yet, an honest 'out the door' tracking. Order arrived thursday. But I was so sure there was a catch, I went home to open the box, so I could see how I made a mistake in trusting them. Yes, I have issues. LOL, it came shipped in a cooler where the ice was still frozen and there are enough syringes and supplies to do almost 2x what I bought. I;m the guy that reads heating instructions on hot pockets twice and then curses myself because I threw the box away when I just want to read it a 3rd time, so you can imagine how happy I was. Dosing instructions were so clear an idiot could follow. The labels on the bottles were full color, giving me assurance of the quality. The BUD date was past what was promised to me too! Oh, and I guess as a 'bonus', (I;m not sure I should say this), i was given anti-nausea meds as well, at no extra cost. I am so thrilled at the great purchase experience I had. I know this is super long, and if you've read this far, good on you, we are probably soul mates. There are a lot of scams in the GLP world and I'm afraid they're going to get worse with time, so finding a company that over delivers is worth sharing.

I saw a post about Trava recently and followed up with the owner who was interacting with another person here. It was the first I had heard of them, but their website was not 1990's netscape Navigator so I kept exploring. Being an extremely suspicious person after the SDRX/Zappy/Mochi shenanigans, I engaged in converstation with the two owners who were very responsive and answered all my questions. I filled out their form and then did NOT submit while I followed up with some additional questions that were answered immediately. I asked questions about the pharmacy, testing(GLP1s tested by Eagle Analytics Lab - an FDA approved lab). The pharmacy they use had some issues last year with shipping meds that arrived warm so I asked about that. Trava supplies their own packaging to the pharmacy. I decided to order. The doctor consult was over the patient portal, live texting, and was fairly quick since it was a holiday weekend. I decided just to order a starting dose vial to check it out (I need something to supplement the leftover pens I have to make full doses). The price list is here. I believe they have a first time customer 10% off code. Shipping it off to me took an extra day since it was stuck in the UPS Kentucky snowstorm, but it arrived safe. The packaging was a kangaroo pack with foam padding. Inside the vial was also padded and in a prescription bottle. There was one ice pack, in a plastic bag. There were only exactly enough loose syringes and the same for alcohol wipes. I sent the owners feedback about sending an entire sealed bag of syringes with the orders. Also, the owners said kangaroo pack was winter packaging, it would change for the summer/warm months. The tirz is mixed with B12 and I am not sure how I will do on it, but I'll find out after my current vial is gone. Overall it was a good price for me to try it out. They have plans to add NAD+. Glutathione, B12, Metformin and others.

I've gotten Revive from two separate telehealth providers and really love their compound. Have I tried anything else? Well, no. They have a fast turnaround, higher concentration at 20mg/mL (might be lower on smaller doses but this is all I've received), not mixed with anything, and their compound works really well for me. I love using lavender sky health. They are pretty good and the prices are decent. My only gripe is that all NO's are not created equal. Mine is good but lacks soft skills. Super responsive though. Another thing is the pricing. Its well under what most places are charging, but i wish they would go a full 12 weeks and not 10. You can for sure squeeze 12 out when you are on lower doses, but they should do a full 3 months and have more package options. Otherwise i love them and ill e ordering my 3rd order next week.

My experience with Fifty410 was awful. I signed up and they sent me an invoice without telling me what pharmacy it was coming from. I messaged them no response. They finally told me to call to find out. I called and they said it was coming from Precision Pharmacy when in my last order they used Hallandale. Also in my last order they showed which pharmacy before I paid. Then I asked about the dose. They were sending me 11.25 when I am on 15mg. So they were trying to charge me $1,049 for 12 weeks of 11.25 when last time I paid the same amount for 15mg. One vial wouldn’t even last me one month at my current dose. They told other customers they weren’t using Precision pharmacy and in fact it’s not even on their list of the pharmacies they use on their website. I do not recommend using them now as they are blatantly lying to their customers.

But I think partly it's because they keep in touch with you along the way and don't necessarily want you winging it re: titrating up on your own???? But their service is absolutely top notch. With the shortage lifting at the beginning of October, I opted to go with a place that would allow multiple month ordering. I booked a consult with Valhalla and the provider never showed up - and this used my "free consult" points. So, I then PAID for a consult and set one up the next day. By the early morning hours, my card had been fraudulently used 20+ times. My bank called me, alerted me to it, and canceled my card. The bank fraud rep said the Valhalla charge "looked suspicious" and asked what it was. I told her and then she began looking up the charges happening. She said she was escalating my case because the charges were "in the same area and location" that Valhalla's charge came from. I had recently read on Reddit a thread where people were sharing their cards had been compromised shortly after making a purchase with Valhalla. So, I knew instantly. Plus, I didn't use my card after the consult purchase. So, I demanded they refund my purchase of the glp-1 to which, via email and text, acknowledged that it had been refunded/processed. This was on October 13. I tried letting Valhalla know about the fraud on my card and the suspiciousness of it and they did not care. Their customer service is horrible - all via text, no phone #. So, here I am, October 28, and still no refund. I posted on Trust Pilot my experience and instead of the company being concerned that they were the source of so many compromised cards, they began reporting my review daily. I found this to be aggressive and they were lying to Trust Pilot in order to report my review. Luckily. Trust Pilot saw nothing wrong with my review and allowed it to be posted. Their profile was then flooded with positive reviews which has buried any negative ones. I'm very thankful for my bank's proactive moves that protected my money, but the company itself is shady. Both my bank and others on the Reddit threads that have experience with the legal side of credit card fraud have said that it looks like an inside job. This would explain their lack of care to fix the vulnerability in their website. Do not trust this company; do not trust their site to be private and protected; and do not give them your card info! ANY card info!

Last week I signed up through a site my doc recommended and found out they were charging much more than other providers in some cases (price was $750 for starter, 40mg vial, 2 month supply) Cancelled with them (was very sad because I’d been waiting a while and didn’t want to go through another whole kerfuffle and waiting period) and signed up for Fifty410 late Tuesday night. Tuesday 8pm: Got request for paperwork and filled it out Wednesday 7pm: Paperwork approved, payment made Wednesday 10pm: Order sent to pharmacy Thursday 2pm: Shipping label created Thursday 3:30pm: Shipment processing and expected delivery tomorrow before 12pm Overall a glowing positive review for them so far! I have been with IVIM Health for 10 months and I am 95lbs down. They have been easy to work with and the meds come from great pharmacies - most of my vials have been from Hallandale. They provide 2 apps with your membership and access to providers through text, video calls, phone, and chat. One app has recipes and trackers, the other is a community forum for viewing weekly webinars, connecting with other patients, and asking questions. Every company has its pros and cons but compared to the hassle many people have had with their providers, IVIM has been very consistent and stable.

I switched recently from Emerge to Zappy merely because I wanted to "bulk buy" in light of the FDA/EL debacle. Emerge gives great service but as of last week had no intention to provide bulk ordering. So I switched to Zappy. They have a terrific app with all sorts of great tracking info etc if you choose to. They give you a protein recommedation etc. So I signed up for their 9 month bulk buy. I asked to start at 5mg (where I was w/ Emerge) and they were fine for that and I didn't have to provide a RX. They set it up as a month of 5 mg. A month of 7.5. A month of 10mg and a month of 12.5. The other 5 vials are at a 15mg titration but they said not to automatically titrate up if the lower dose works and to check with them before going up. Approx timeline. Did the intake/sign up (It's currently only $1 not $29). Within 24 hours a provider contacted me via the app and email. (PS: You can switch providers within Zappy via the app). 24 hours after the initial response from them (with suggested dose etc) I got an invoice. 24 hours after paying, I was informed my RX (again with suggested dosing etc) was being sent to OUSIA. I'm not sure but what I hear, OUSIA is their pharmacy of choice. SO CAVEAT: I am giving 5 starts b/c of their prompt responses and clearly setting out what I need to do and what they are doing. HOWEVER I haven't received the meds because it just went to Ouisia yesterday. And if there's a hold up I'd assume it was due to the pharmacy at this point, rather than Zappy (assuming of course that it was sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner). Their emails have been SUPER informative. Even including pictures of the syringes and how to fill them etc. I'm impressed (and I'm a former RN) So far so good. But possible updates: they use Ousia and you can get a great deal at the 9 month level, averaging out to $299/month.

I have referred 3 people over to them because I knew without a doubt they would have an excellent experience as I have. They even called me in some Zofran (at no additional cost) to my pharmacy, not many other telehealth providers will do that! If so you better be ready to pay an additional fee. If only I would have done additional research when I started on my Tirzepatide journey, I would have saved a lot of money and had a way better experience. I know there are a lot of good providers / pharmacies out there, but I don't think the combination of service, product, and price can be beat. I know there are some slightly more inexpensive options at the lower doses, but most people don't stay on those low doses for long. If you want to avoid having to switch providers/fees as you move up to the higher doses, then just start with SDRX.

I am new, four weeks in. My experience so far, the process was easy, no hidden fee’s, 3 months of medication and all supplies within one week and came with ice packs (the packs were no longer frozen of course due to travel but the packaging was impressive). I was given daily updates via email on my prescription, when processed, when shipped and tracking updates. I’ve not had to reach out to customer service so not able to comment on that.

They always seem to do something to accommodate if you have a problem. They also provided very useful medical/scientific advice. I have used MinuteMD from Sept '23-July '24 for compounded semaglutide and then tirzepatide. In those 11 months, I have only recieved 9 months of medication, yet they have charged me 12 monthly subscription payments. I wasn't paying attention when they started moving the payments a little earlier every month until they were able to add in extra payments. And they seem to have as part of their business plan to make communication take extra long so theres always a little delay and that time adds up. They're instructions say let us know when you have 2 weeks left of medication so we have time to process the refill but it almost always takes 3-4 weeks to get the new medication. They will blame their app for glitching, they will insist they did respond to emails and you must have deleted or blocked it, they will even send the wrong script to the pharmacy and when you get the wrong medication claim that the pharmacy made the mistake, even when you have the paperwork from MinuteMD proving they messed up the order. Also they're quite expensive, I've been paying $700/ month for 15mg of tirzepatide. I do not recommend MinuteMD

Shipment arrived via fedex with a ton of warning texts. I felt really informed of the state of the package. Arrived in a Fedex box with a silver insulated bag in it. The bag was still cold and had condensation on the outside. Two 60% frozen ice packs were inside. For context It was 97+ in Texas today, in the summer. The vial was in a small cardboard box with a ziploc bag protecting it from moisture. There was a large hallandale bag with plenty of sealed syringes included. BUD/expiration date was around a year out.

Had a great experience with Effecty. Filled out the onboarding forms. Most of it was my medical history and the medications I am on. Forms were kind of tedious and the medication doses were difficult to add and see, but it worked out fine. Within 2 hours I chatted with the doctor through messaging. The Dr asked questions about my medical history and experiences on tirzepatide. Dr seemed concerned for my health and wanted to make sure we were dosing correctly and safely. Sent out my prescription within 4-5 hours of finishing the onboarding paperwork. Hallandale filled the prescription the next day. The whole time effecty let me know of new messages and kept me well informed of the status of my medication. My credit card was not charged until the prescription was sent in. For context I am on maintenance dosing and am at 24 BMI (right next to the line between normal and overweight. They offer Zofran for $70.

So far everything, for me at least, has been good. I pay 855.00 every 3 months for 3 vials of 15mg. I've always had extra in all 6 vials so far and the meds work just as well as what I was getting from Orderly Meds for 399.00 a month. I'm saving 1368.00 a year. Actually $1269 when you include the $99 yearly appointment fee. That almost pays my property tax. I'm happy with them and I'm hoping they can keep their prices the same. When I started with them, the the price was $265 a month, if you purchased the 3 month supply. If someone would ask, I'd recommend them.

Dr. Hitchcock did a very thorough telehealth visit, asking about my continued GLP-1 journey, my goals, and what issues I have had this far. He even suggested some small tweaks to my current dose to help get me past my stall and recommended a path once I approach maintenance weight. The three month option is discounted and works great for me (but they also offer a month by month option too, if the three month option doesn’t work for you). My shipment arrived 6 days later via overnight UPS in perfect condition. I feel so lucky to have found them, and the $99/annual membership is a bargain for the convenience, expertise, and top-notch customer service.

My shipment arrived overnight UPS in great condition, still chilled from the ice packs enclosed. The vials are small (2ml size) for all concentrations, which I find super easy (all are 50 units regardless of strength). I like the smaller vials too, as the larger ones I got from another 503a were difficult to see the full line when drawing up the meds. And each individual vial was individually protected with protective bubble film to prevent breakage, and caps are color coded to easily recognize concentrations.

I like the dosage concentration they use (16.5mg/ml) - Quality has been high for the medication. 2 out of the first 3 shipments were great, but the most recent was barely cool when it arrived. Likely the fault of the carrier, but still it's a concern when paying this much for meds. Normally they would include syringes and alcohol wipes, but the most recent delivery didn't.

I’ve gotten tirzepatide from them and had great results. The text system around deliveries are really great. They keep you updated on your order and give you tracking numbers and texts for when your package is going to be delivered. Their package comes in an insulated, bubble wrap pouch. It has re-freezable ice packs, and the medication is in a box with a zip lock bag around it. I’ve never had issues with it arriving hot, but I haven’t had a delivery from them in the Texas summer yet. No major complaints, and I tend to get my prescription filled within 24-48 hours. Typically arrives by the next day after the doctor sends it in.

I have used 3 different compounding pharmacies and Empower definitely had the best packaging. It came in a cardboard box with insulation and multiple ice packs. I live in Texas and during the summer it has always been cold. The medication came enclosed in two different zip lock bags. Which gave me peace of mind that it was protected from any cross contamination in my fridge. Shipping was relatively fast as well, no complaints. I have only tried the semaglutide from Empower and lost well on .25 and .5 for a multiple months before switching to tirzepatide from another pharmacy. I called their customer service once for an issue and they were friendly and helpful.
