Stay away from Fridays! Everything seemed fine until they required me to have testing to renew my prescription. That’s great, except they were supposed to pay for the tests. Instead, I have been getting bills for over $500 from Quest. I did send the screenshots they asked for along with the orders from Fridays. To no avail. Note that they said they should pay the bill in March and it is still outstanding. To date I have received approximately 50 emails from Fridays, each one assuring me that they actively coordinating, have submitted follow ups, etc. Avoid Fridays!!!

My compounded Tirzepatide + B12 3 month supply (3 vials) arrived extremely warm. I called and they shipped a replacement shipment. It arrived very warm as well. Walmart is the best pharmacy and I have tried CVS, Walgreens and I used to have Rite-aid back in the day, I have never felt more cared for and my needs more important than how Walmart makes me feel. Ive been with them for years but they are not my provider. And this is a little "Neighborhood Walmart". Not the big supermarket. They only have a few in California. Walgreens were so uncaring and rude and treat you like crap to be honest, Cvs is a little better not as rude but don't go out of their way for you. Riteaid, well don't get me started.

I was a loyal customer of Orderly Meds for over a year, and my experience ended in the most disappointing way possible.
Last year, my card was charged for my next 3-month supply of tirzepatide before I completed my required check-in. Right after that, I had a family emergency overseas and contacted customer support to explain that I wouldn’t be home to receive the shipment. I was specifically told not to worry—that when I returned, I could simply contact them, complete my check-in, and my medication would be shipped. Based on that information, I did not request a refund because I fully intended to continue my treatment.
When I finally returned and contacted customer support, the first representative confirmed that my order had been sent to the pharmacy but was never shipped because I never completed the check-in. Since so much time had passed, she escalated the issue to a manager.
The manager completely changed the story. She claimed the medication had shipped but refused to provide any tracking number or proof of delivery. I asked for a credit instead of a refund so I could continue on their newer program, but that was also refused. I even asked where their policy states that customers lose their payment after a certain amount of time, and she couldn’t provide an answer. When I asked how to escalate the issue further, she refused to tell me and ended the call.
I paid for three months of medication that I never received, and Orderly Meds made no effort to find a reasonable solution for a long-time customer. A simple credit would have kept me as a customer, but instead I was left with nothing and no way to resolve the issue.
If you’re considering using Orderly Meds, I would be very cautious. My experience showed me that when something goes wrong, customer service may not stand behind you or work with you to find a fair resolution.

Was able to discuss a treatment plan with them that included titrating up when purchasing a 3 month supply. I like that they dint ship Friday, Saturday or Sunday so youre meds are sitting in the heat somewhere. They shipped mine on Monday, I received Wednesday and and ice packs still frozen. Good instructions on how many units to inject. Also great website and responsive to emails unlike another company I used. Highly recommend.

Was able to discuss a treatment plan with them that included titrating up when purchasing a 3 month supply. I like that they dint ship Friday, Saturday or Sunday so youre meds are sitting in the heat somewhere. They shipped mine on Monday, I received Wednesday and and ice packs still frozen. Good instructions on how many units to inject. Also great website and responsive to emails unlike another company I used. Highly recommend.

I was a loyal customer of Orderly Meds for over a year, and my experience ended in the most disappointing way possible.
Last year, my card was charged for my next 3-month supply of tirzepatide before I completed my required check-in. Right after that, I had a family emergency overseas and contacted customer support to explain that I wouldn’t be home to receive the shipment. I was specifically told not to worry—that when I returned, I could simply contact them, complete my check-in, and my medication would be shipped. Based on that information, I did not request a refund because I fully intended to continue my treatment.
When I finally returned and contacted customer support, the first representative confirmed that my order had been sent to the pharmacy but was never shipped because I never completed the check-in. Since so much time had passed, she escalated the issue to a manager.
The manager completely changed the story. She claimed the medication had shipped but refused to provide any tracking number or proof of delivery. I asked for a credit instead of a refund so I could continue on their newer program, but that was also refused. I even asked where their policy states that customers lose their payment after a certain amount of time, and she couldn’t provide an answer. When I asked how to escalate the issue further, she refused to tell me and ended the call.

The ordering process was good. However, the medicine has done absolutely nothing. I've not lost any weight in the 1 1/2 months being on their tirzepetide and it hasn't even touched the food noise. This is the third company I've tried. I lost over 50 on the other two. I will not be trying them again. Unfortunately I paid for three months and lost hundreds of dollars and no results.

I am still waiting to be approved so I know mistakes were made and I tried to tell them at the endocrinologist office what the protocol was because there are a few hoops the provider has to jump. Im not mad, just annoyed because I could have guided them if they had let me but they think how could I know more then them plus time is wasting and I'm not getting any younger. So, still I wait.

I totally believe Absolute Pharmacy provides more B12 additive to the vial then active ingredients Tirzepatide (very red and syrupy). My injections hasn't suppressed my appetite and the food noise hasn't been quite, I'm experiencing no change. I'm taking this $349 as a lost! Going forward I will order Tirzepatide with no additives from another Telemed company other than Gobymeds. This is just my experience with Tirzepatide with B12 additive from Absolute pharmacy.

If this was an Rx with additives I could safely take, I would give this pharmacy a better review. The telehealth provider (Trinity) unfortunately gave me an Rx I cannot take without the possibility of having a systemic reaction. Evoluciona does have great packaging that kept the Rx (that I can't take) cold. The vials were well wrapped. The timeframe from order to shipping was less than 6 hours. The shipping was fast with UPS tracking.
