I started with Brello Health in October 2025. Southend as a pharmacy has been an awesome provider. The only negative I have for the pharmacy is the lack of updated info on the shipping status. As the prescription left Brello and was sent to the pharmacy, I never saw an update once the pharmacy started to process. I would see the shipment show up in my UPS delivery dashboard.
I got all my deliveries with more than enough time, so no issues with continuing my program.

Meds arrived hot and the BUD was for 25 days. The worst thing was the meds had no effect at all. If you are considering this pharmacy, choose another option.

All in all, I did my intake on a Sunday and my Trizep was delivered by Wednesday. The delivery was good and the meds were properly packaged and with cold packs and plenty of supplies/instructions to feel comfortable with what your dosing is and what you need to do. The meds are working. The food "noise" I had is very decreased to gone. I'm steadily loosing and feel wonderful. I am putting in the effort as well with a good high protein diet, veggies and fruits but do eat a couple pieces of pizza or have a healthy burger with fries from time to time. I consider this normal living and would never deprive myself. However, Trizep has decreased my wants for large volumes of bad foods all the time as I was doing that before. Goby did what they said they would do and the medication is working. I get notifications to reach out w/any questions or needs but haven't needed to so I cannot truly speak of the overall communication. Goby's prices are within range of what's out there after researching a ton. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend Goby Med.

I was terrified that I would have an issue getting a replacement. I contacted someone through the suport messenger on their website. I was able to get a response within 30 mins and they had my new vials sent within two hours. I mean I had the ups tracking number and everything. I spoke with this women name rachel. She was so kind. When I got the package I ended up getting two other vialsfor free. I don't know if that was a mistake or what but I was beyond happy. They do handle everything online though. I did not bother me because they are very quick if I need to ask questions. Also their prices are extremely competitive especially if you order 3 months at a time.

I signed with Gimme specifically because the use Pro RX which is a 503B pharmacy. They sent my script to Align pharmacy which is a 503A pharmacy. Prescription came about 11 days later with a completely melted ice bag and a BUD date that expires before my 3 month treatment. It also has a low concentration so with my higher dose I will be injecting multiple times with multiple syringes. Reach out to Gimme several times with little to no response. The responses I did get were very generic. Pretty disappointed.

So there has been a touchpoint by a doctor, but only at my initiation. They never have reached out, other than the very initial prescription. I have reached out a few times and get short, canned responses. So I would put care at 1 star.
The packaging was great, I will say.
The website has had a number of glitches for me, and I've been having to work with their tech team to troubleshoot. Not sure why they dont have an app or something a bit easier to navigate/access.
Also, the coupon through GLP1 Winner never worked for me, even though I used the link. So overall, I'm kinda disappointed and I'd like to try someone else.

They provided my Tirzepatide and the dosage was two weeks at 11mg then increased to 13mg. I changed over from semaglutide, and it was the comparable dosage. Used for a month, had no appetite suppression and weight was +-1 pounds. I found GLP Winner and it shows they are not licensed in my state. Upon checking the State Board of Pharmacy, that was confirmed. Not sure if there is a work around telehealth clinic or what, but I was skeptical on how it was shipped to my state. I am no longer taking the medication.

The website has had a number of glitches for me, and I've been having to work with their tech team to troubleshoot. Not sure why they dont have an app or something a bit easier to navigate/access.
Also, the coupon through GLP1 Winner never worked for me, even though I used the link. So overall, I'm kinda disappointed and I'd like to try someone else.

They provided my Tirzepatide and the dosage was two weeks at 11mg then increased to 13mg. I changed over from semaglutide, and it was the comparable dosage. Used for a month, had no appetite suppression and weight was +-1 pounds. I found GLP Winner and it shows they are not licensed in my state. Upon checking the State Board of Pharmacy, that was confirmed. Not sure if there is a work around telehealth clinic or what, but I was skeptical on how it was shipped to my state. I am no longer taking the medication.

The application process was very easy and the Dr. I was assigned seems extremely understanding and actually listened to me! It is rare that I ever felt as if a medical practitioner listened to what I had to say, but this one did! I highly recommend Gimme!
