Filled my pharmacy in Texas, I was told by Altrx it would be filled in my state of Florida. I have used this prescription in the past and felt results right away with compounded pharmacy in Florida. This pharmacy out of Texas Link Pharmacy was a waste of money. No appetite change, no burps, no nothing!! Absolutely a waste of money. I told Altrx and they haven't responded yet. I was lied to when they told me it would come from compounded pharmacy in Florida.

I have been on tirzepatide in the past and this formula did not curb my appetite or anything...I didn't even have one burp or...absolutely waste of money. AltRx lied to me because I asked for a Pharmacy from my state of Florida and they sent from Texas Pharmacy instead. No good quality!!!

I had a question about my delivery and jumped on their chat and within a minute had a person who answered my question. Framework's portal is user friendly. If I could give a -20 review I would. I paid upfront for 6 months and when I received my medication it was far from clear as with each month there should be an increase. The clinical team finally answered today but didn’t read to see how long this is going on so they did not answer what the starting dose would be now that over 2 weeks have gone by and I have to restart. When I replied to the message to the message from the clinical team I was put back with the care team (they should be call blowing smoke team) and am now back waiting for the clinical team to respond. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! This is ridiculous and I am 100% over it. I am stuck with this lousy company but you don’t have to be. Don’t do it! Find a different company. Trinity is a joke and honestly I don’t trust taking any advice from them.

Well, after completing my intake, they immediately took $149 for my medication without approving me yet. I got an email saying I’d have an approval or denial within 24 hours. 4 days later, nothing. I called and asked for an update. They told me someone would contact me in 24/48 hours. 3 days later, nothing. Called again, they offered me a virtual apt with a provider 2 weeks later. Ummm…why are we doing virtual calls when every other company does this all via email/chat/online review? Still no guarantee they will approve me. I’m not a month behind on my flop-1…Basically took my money and ran. Such a bummer.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting since August 11 to get approved. Zero nothing I contacted them about getting a refund and oh they cannot find my account. How convenient. I want my $129 back. I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau and left a scathing review on trust pilot today is August. 27th. I’ve sent them screenshots of the account. I sent them a screenshot of my debit card. This is totally unacceptable. It takes forever for them to respond back to you. do not buy from embody.

I want my $129 back. I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau and left a scathing review on trust pilot today is August. 27th. I’ve sent them screenshots of the account. I sent them a screenshot of my debit card. This is totally unacceptable. It takes forever for them to respond back to you. do not buy from embody.

Purchased the Tirzepatide and received my medication last week overnight through FedEx. The medication arrived very fast and very cold with ice packs still frozen. Packaging and labeling of the medication was perfect and professionally labeled throughout. I’ve received meds from other pharmacies that looked very questionable so I definitely appreciated that part. Just took my first injection today and so far so good. Hoping I don’t have any major side effects like I did with my last providers meds😊

Embody took my money on the day I "applied" for an Rx but has been unable to provide any updates on when it will ship. I've spent hours trying to reach a representative that can actually see my account and give me any clue about status. I've now been on the line with five different representatives across two different platforms. They all admit that "our systems are troubled." At this point, I have no confidence in the company or anything they have to say.

Was looking for a more affordable option for my GLP1 and after much research on glpwinner I decided to go with Gimme Care. The process to start with them was pretty effortless, physician response was fast. My prescription was sent to pharmacy on Tuesday morning and I received my shipment by Thursday. The pricing was so much cheaper than the pharmacy I was using with my pcp. My first experience with Gimme was great, highly recommend.
