Absolute scam of a company with predatory policies and total indifference toward their clients. Avoid Trinity Meds at all costs!
I had active subscriptions for both GLP-1 and NAD+. On the exact day I was auto-charged for NAD+, I called customer service immediately to stop the shipment—I still had plenty left, and frankly, the product felt ineffective anyway—and asked for a refund. The representative casually told me they could cancel the shipment so nothing would be sent, but refused to give me my money back due to "company policy." I then asked if that charge could at least be applied as a credit toward my ongoing GLP-1 subscription instead. Once again, I was hit with a flat "No."
So Trinity Meds is completely fine taking your money, sending you absolutely nothing, and offering zero credit. That is outright theft.
When I told the rep to cancel every single one of my subscriptions because I refuse to support a business with such manipulative, dishonest practices, she didn't even care. She made zero effort to resolve the issue or retain me as a customer—just a cold, indifferent "Okay."
Beyond their atrocious customer service, their entire operation is wildly incompetent. When I first ordered GLP-1, I had to call them at least five times just to get my initial package shipped. They were missing information on their end and didn't even bother reaching out to clarify it; they just let my order sit in limbo. To top it off, their GLP-1 is noticeably less effective than what I have received from other reputable providers, and the NAD+ was completely useless.
Trinity Meds relies on subscription traps, terrible communication, and weak products. If you get hit with an auto-charge or need help, they will happily steal your cash and tell you tough luck. Do yourself a favor and find a legitimate provider that actually respects its clients.

If you use a provider that is partnered with this pharmacy, please check with the State Board of Pharmacy in your state for Vials RX's licensing and make sure they are licensed to ship to your state. Never trust a pharmacy that is not willing to follow state rules and regulations for licensing requirements. If they are willing to disregard the laws set in place then they are probably cutting corners in all ways possible. This pharmacy has went by many names in the last 2 years. They started out as Vital Drip Infusion then they became Vials RX then they became just Vials and now they operater as Believe RX. Just google the address in Tomball Tx and many different pharmacies are at this same location.

I have ordered from Framework twice. The communication between them and me has been extraordinary--even getting messages on weekends. Their response is always very quick, much faster than I would have expected. They have addressed any questions and concerns immediately and I've been very pleased overall with their company. Their formula has worked well, and I am satisfied with the product.
The pharmacy used was the same both times--VialsRX in TX (I am in OH). The first delivery was in extreme heat, and the product arrived warm with a very HOT cold pack. I was assured the medication was potent and that I should refrigerate it and use it without hesitation, which I did. No problems. The second time, also from Vials RX, the package arrived in a shorter time, the cold pack was still partially frozen, and the vial of med was still chilled. Again, no problems with the product.
I would not hesitate to use Framework in the future.

The pharmacy used was the same both times--VialsRX in TX (I am in OH). The first delivery was in extreme heat, and the product arrived warm with a very HOT cold pack. I was assured the medication was potent and that I should refrigerate it and use it without hesitation, which I did. No problems. The second time, also from Vials RX, the package arrived in a shorter time, the cold pack was still partially frozen, and the vial of med was still chilled. Again, no problems with the product.
I would not hesitate to use Framework in the future.

Upon completing the 6 month course, I renewed and opted for the annual plan, which reduced my monthly cost to $149. Communication within the portal is great (it may take a day or two for a response) regarding payment options, pharmacy choice, etc. Will continue to use this Refills as the service, product ,and pricing are all A+++!

Very disappointing customer service and no answer about medication safety
I received my compounded GIP medication from Embody after it had been in transit for approximately five days, and when it arrived, the package and medication were noticeably warm. Because temperature can be important for the stability and safety of injectable medications, I contacted Embody immediately to ask whether the medication was still safe to use.
I have now sent two emails and made three phone calls trying to get an answer. During one phone call, I was placed on hold for more than an hour while the representative supposedly contacted a clinical supervisor for guidance. I was ultimately disconnected without receiving an answer.
At this point, I still do not know whether the medication I received is safe to inject. That is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with a medication that requires appropriate storage conditions.
I understand that shipping temperatures can sometimes be outside a company's control. What concerns me most is the lack of timely clinical guidance and follow-up after I reported the problem. Customers should not have to repeatedly call and email—or wait on hold for over an hour—just to find out whether a medication they received under questionable temperature conditions should be used.
I hope Embody improves its customer service and establishes a clear, timely process for handling temperature-related medication concerns. Until I receive a definitive answer from an appropriate clinical professional, I am understandably uncomfortable using the medication.
