They have changed policies!! I paused my subscription till 6/28, however even without an active prescription I have been charged for the medication. Site only has an AI for support & it took a whole day to get a "human" response, only to be told the withdrawn payment is non-refundable!! Buyer beware!!!

Shipment arrived hot. They seem to work fine. Not as well as my previous meds (hallandale)Everything i read says it degrades in heat so not sure the 3 month supply will be strong enough by the time im finished with vials. I wish they had a better shipment time. Mine took from Thursday to Monday to get to me because of weekend. They use the padded insulated envelopes to mail product. All was melted and even the gel packs was very warm. I put a thermometer in it and was 98 degrees.

So far, I have not had any of the issues that others say they are having. My Tirzepatide is always overnighted, and the freezer packs are still frozen. It comes in a foam cooler and the medicine itself seems to be working. I have not had it tested for purity, but I did mention my side effects and what I was feeling to CHATGBT and based on that CHAT said it was probably legit and is what most people report with the dosage I am on. I just moved up from 2.125mg starter to 4.25mgand I see even more of a differance in both appitite and cravings.

When I asked repeatedly why I was at this dose, I never had the question answered. Instead other questions that I had not asked were answered such as.: the concentration of the medication varies from order to order; this is how you figure out the amt. for the (incorrect) dose; etc. They said a nurse was replying, but it sure sounded like a bot to me. They sent a lot of boilerplate initial instructions that were not relevant to what I was taking, and which were, in fact, quite confusing…. The order arrived warm…. The vial is supposed to be expired after one month after opening , but the vial they sent me is supposed to last me three months.
I know what good care is supposed to look like.
*** I would stay away from this company. Seems very bot-driven to me.

Trimi has been great so far as customer service goes when I had a concern. That concern was the meds I received from vialrx arrived warm. It got shipped on a Thursday and Sat in a hot warehouse until Monday afternoon delivery. I wasn't very happy about that since meds are expensive. but despite the hot meds arriving I put them in the fridge and so far they work just fine as far as appetite suppression and weight loss is concerned. I contacted customer service for next delivery to be done on a weekday as to not sit over the weekend. They changed the dates no problem and very responsive. The app is also easy to navigate. Would i use them again? Maybe.. I wish they had more options for pharmacy choices though. I'm only paying 125.00 a month because I chose the 1500 up front for a year.

Although sign up was seamless the pharmacy sent medication which had a past due BUD. The three month supply was already past date. So I used it anyway, it cost a lot. Then upon refill I asked for a different pharmacy due to this issue. I was told I do not get to choose the pharmacy, the doctor chooses AND does not change pharmacy from the first provider of your medication. No other resolution was offered. I don’t believe this is acceptable. Unless you want to receive expired medicine find another provider!!!

I appreciated that they continued to check in with me weekly to see if I was seeing progress with my order or had any further questions which was quite unexpected but greatly appreciated. I switched from Brello and am happy with the change. Medication wasn’t short dated and I was just happy to be able to choose my pharmacy. It was an overall good experience it just took a long time.

I think Belle health does a fantastic job. You always get your questions answered in a timely manner. The prices are great for 3 month plan. Meds were delivered quickly and packed well. I would highly recommend Belle Health.

I thought I had a bad experience with Mochi - Gimme was even worse. The text only doctor made no sense, the shipping took 4 days and the packaging they ship in is flimsy Styrofoam with a lunchbox ice pack. My medicine showed up hot and when I reached out about replacing it or a refund, they told me Greenwich RX pharmacy told them that it could go unrefrigerated for 21 days and that it could tolerate up to 96 degrees. Nowhere else quotes 96 degrees for their compound formula. So now I'm out 200 dollars with medicine I cant use.
