I have been with Mochi Health for about 6 months now and have been very pleased! Although I felt as if my first doctor wasn't very responsive to my texts, there is a Facebook Group where there are people from Mochi Health there as admin and they let me know that I can change providers. Once I changed providers, it has been great! I also have a wonderful dietitian that I meet with once a month but can meet more often if I need to. Both the doctor and the dietitian respond to my messages within 48 hours at the most.
My meds have been delivered within 5 days of ordering and have been cold and in good shape. I love the mochi containers that are like thermoses. They keep the meds cold and protected.
I have switched pharmacies a few times but now have one that compounds my Tirzepatide with ingredients that work well for me.
I have not had any problems with billing but I also have not tried to end my membership.
All in all, I have been very pleased!

I have dogs and horses and order online meds and vaccines for them and my tirz came coldwith an ice pack that wasn’t completely frozen but still cool. I am just beginning this so maybe after this 3 month subscription is over I will feel different about product potency. First injection and just not hungry really and I get full fast. Sometimes I think people that only have complaints will leave a review.

Vial arrived hot with one small ice pack. The packaging looks like a blind person put it together. I called and asked them why it arrived so hot and was told that they have done test on their formulation and siad that it can remain stable for up to 86 degress for 5 days. I asked for the proof of their so called test but they wouldnt provide me with any documentation. Thats probably because there is none.

i would give it less than 1 star if i could!! DO NOT USE TRIMRX!! I signed up and they immediately took out 159.00 out of my account, which was fine because i signed up.
2 days later i found out that i needed surgery, so i went online and cancelled the virtual appointment and told them i needed to cancel. no response what so ever. I have called 6 times and have yet to talk to a person. they never return call when you leave name, number and nature of call. i never did get my 159.00 back.
they are AWFUL!!
