Suspicious site. I tried to make payment several times from phone and laptop and no luck. I tried like 4 different cards and it made a bunch of pop ups come up. Their customer service is weird too. I called, email and texted about the situation and asked them to help process the payment. I received a text saying to try again and they couldn’t do anything on their end. I got error messages saying “your card has been rejected” and “do not honor” ??? I reached out again after trying for a week straight and calling my bank and didn’t hear back from Trava. I guess they don’t want my business.

Trava Health has been excellent to work with. My first order was slightly delayed due to an issue with UPS, but Trava's doctors and support team are great at answering questions and providing information.
They can be slow to respond sometimes. I've waited up to a few hours for a response to my questions, but they are overall very easy to work with. I also think their doses are fairly priced, and the process for getting started and getting refills is very easy.
Trava does, however, feel a little hands-off in terms of medical support. I have been lucky to have a positive experience with my medication, but I could see it being tricky to navigate side effect issues with their team.
Bottom line: I think they offer a great starting point for low-dose medications if you've never used a telehealth provider before. I also think they are a great option if you've been taking a GLP-1 and are looking for a cheaper option. I highly recommend Trava for their ease and consistency.

So far, Trava has been nothing but a positive experience. I got my meds 2 days after receiving my prescription. I DO live in Houston (where their compounding pharmacy looks to be located). So something to disclaim in case that's why I got my meds so fast.
I will say that their intake quiz is rather exhaustive, but I honestly think it SHOULD be. I had to get up mid quiz to take a photo of myself and scan my license. Overall, I'm super happy with Trava.
I'm not too convinced I'll be able to get my meds from here long-term with all the litigation around GLP-1s right now, but I appreciate this service for as long as we have it!
Choose Trava! No one talks about this provider, and it's such a shame! Such a great experience so far.

I posted a comment before, but I'm here to give an update. I'm not sure what's going on, but I put in my second order on 4/13 so I'd have the medication before I run out. I took my last shot last week, even messaged the team 4/22, and still no response. It's a shame because Trava was wonderful, but I am starting to feel the same way I started to feel about M0chi. I hope I don't get charged because I want to cancel my account, but can't remove my card off the website. Seems they're only fulfilling new patients only.
